Enrique is an experienced M&A Advisor with a deep understanding of business operations. He has closed over $1.5B in total transaction value in a variety of industries and exited a logistics software company as a part-owner. Enrique also has sound insight into running businesses, having founded an advisory firm and acted as a consultant and fractional CFO to small and mid-sized businesses.

As the Founder and Principal of Kurlica, Enrique has the privilege of working with exceptional entrepreneurs to grow their businesses and maximize value through strategic exits. Prior to Kurlica, he led divestitures of private companies as a Senior Consultant to a global M&A firm. Before that, he was an Assistant Vice President at Citibank rotating through several roles from NYC to Vancouver.

Enrique’s industry experience has been comprehensive, having successfully led deals in B2B services, additive manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, commercial real estate and more.

Enrique is a CFA Charterholder and holds a BCom (Honours) from the University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business. He derives immense satisfaction from mentoring students through the UBC Executive Mentorship Program.
